I designed the motion graphics and visual effects for Chainguard’s user conference kickoff video, creating a pixel-driven aesthetic that aligned with the event’s theme. The animation style incorporated structured grids, pixel-based transitions, and glitch effects to reflect both the complexities and solutions within software security. Each visual element was carefully integrated with the voiceover, ensuring that key messaging was reinforced through motion and design.

The video followed a narrative progression, transforming fragmented, chaotic elements into a streamlined and secure system. This approach visually represented Chainguard’s role in strengthening software security, with pixel cubes forming networks, stabilizing data structures, and culminating in a final reveal of the brand. The end result was a polished, high-energy opener that set the tone for the conference while immersing the audience in Chainguard’s mission.
